What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are the currency for AI-powered app generation on MeDo. Each conversation query costs 15 credits, publishing an app costs 20 credits, and enabling backend costs 2 credits per app per day. Other actions like generating plugins (5 credits) and downloading source code (70 credits) have fixed costs.
How many free credits do I get?
New users receive 300 one-time credits on signup. After that, you earn 100 credits every day you log in. This daily allowance lets you experiment and prototype at no cost.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can start building immediately with your 300 signup credits and daily login credits. No credit card, no trial period. Just describe your idea and start generating.
What does "full-stack" mean in MeDo?
MeDo builds complete applications — frontend screens, backend logic, and business workflows — from a natural language description. It also supports backend management and Supabase integration for data storage after code export.
Can I integrate payments like Stripe?
Yes. MeDo supports Stripe integration as a plugin for payment processing. Currently, Stripe support covers one-time payments. Subscription and recurring billing support has not been confirmed yet.
What happens when I publish an app?
Published apps get a shareable URL that anyone can access. Your app runs live with full functionality. Publishing costs 20 credits. No separate hosting or deployment configuration needed.
Can I download the source code?
Yes. MeDo lets you download the generated source code for your app. The download costs 70 credits. For complex backend apps, additional development may be needed to integrate your own Supabase project.
